Whilst this issue appears to be affecting ASM users only, we believe the problem to be with configuration in the EU system.

This has been escalated to the highest level at HMRC who are liaising with the EU in an effort to identify a resolution.

If you are waiting to load your trucks, please contact the relevant customs office of first entry and check if they will authorise you to load without an ENS.
