We are aware that some operators have been affected by recent ICS2 performance issues. Please wait up to 30 minutes for a response.

If you have not received a response within 30 minutes, provided those affected have submitted a complete ENS into ICS2 within the applicable time limits, they can proceed to move their goods and do not need to wait for a response from the system. 

You should also continue to include your ENS MRN on GVMS when available, but your goods can proceed if your movement is imminent and ongoing performance issues prevent this (for example if the MRN fails to be validated in GVMS). 

It remains the responsibility of the carrier (the operator of the active means of transport - this is the haulier for accompanied and the ferry operator for unaccompanied movements) to ensure that the ENS data is correct and meets the UCC requirements.
